WORK OF LEADERS®
Decision-Mojo™ is a 1-day experiential and practical workshop focused on developing individual and organizational decision acumen. Drawing on the most recent research in neuroscience, decision theory and behavior economics, this workshop enables participants to recognize key cognitive traps that can cause sub-optimal decisions and teaches specific strategies to avoid the traps and make more effective decisions, with application to specific situations. Participants leave with a set of tools to apply and continue to refine their decision-making abilities.
Interplay™ Business Simulation focuses on the development of strategic business acumen. The 1-day program experience brings participants together in teams of 4 or 5 to run competing businesses as their C-level executive management. Teams make hundreds of decisions and experience the strategic and financial challenges organizations face in reality. To succeed, each team must determine a strategi focus and skillfully manage all the assets of their company. Participants better understand how the decisions they make impact overall results. Interplay can be tailored to different industry dynamics and delivered at increasingly challenging levels to be effective as a foundational too for teaching financial & business acumen to new managers or also putting executive teams through their paces.
