Drawing on the most recent research in neuroscience, decision theory and behavior economics, this workshop enables participants to recognize key cognitive traps that can cause sub-optimal decisions and teaches specific strategies to avoid the traps and make more effective decisions, with application to specific situations. Interplay™ Business Simulation focuses on the development of strategic business acumen. The 1-day program experience brings participants together in teams of 4 or 5 to run competing businesses as their C-level executive management.
